General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the o baji platform and all associated services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the user and o baji. By accessing the site or creating an account, the user is considered to have fully read and accepted all of the following conditions.
o baji provides online betting and casino services for Bangladeshi users. This includes sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming categories. The term "platform" in these Terms refers to the o baji website, mobile app, and all related digital channels.
If any user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should refrain from using the platform. o baji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
Membership and Registration
To become a member of o baji, the registration process must be completed. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is considered a violation of the Terms and may be grounds for account termination.
2.1 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed and o baji has the authority to forfeit any funds held in those accounts. Separate members of the same household may operate separate accounts, but must use different identity documents and different payment methods.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
o baji may request identity verification from a member at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required. o baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if documents are not submitted within the specified time. The identity verification process is handled in a fully secure and confidential manner.
Account Security
The member is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone, written down, or stored in an unsecured location. If unauthorized access is suspected, the o baji support team must be contacted immediately.
o baji will never ask for a password via email or chat. If any message or call requests your password or OTP, treat it as fraudulent and notify o baji. Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended to keep your account secure.
Age Limit and Eligibility
All services of o baji are for persons aged 21 or above only. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be closed and related funds may be confiscated.
Keeping minors away from gaming is part of o baji's responsible gaming policy. Parents and guardians are requested to take necessary steps to prevent younger members of the household from accessing this platform. o baji's responsible gaming policy provides detailed guidance on this matter.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at o baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank may be used.
5.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
5.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large withdrawal requests may be held for additional verification until identity verification is complete. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
5.3 Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited. The payment method must be registered in the name of the account holder. If this rule is violated, funds will be held until the account is verified.
Bonuses and Promotions
o baji offers various bonuses and promotions, including a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
6.1 Bonus Terms of Use
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
- Bets placed with bonus balance may be subject to restrictions on certain game categories.
- Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes to generate bonus funds — is prohibited.

o baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Bonuses apply only to genuine betting activity — if any unusual betting pattern is found suspicious, o baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply at all times when using o baji's betting and gaming services. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
7.1 Betting Policy
- Confirmed bets will be considered void — o baji will make this determination after investigation.
- Exploiting technical errors is prohibited; winnings derived from such bets cannot be claimed.
- The final decision on whether to accept any bet rests with o baji.
- In live betting, if a bet is cancelled due to a disconnection, o baji's server records are the authoritative source for determining the status of that bet.
7.2 Game Results
All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Altering or attempting to alter the results of casino and slot games is strictly prohibited. Any objection to a game result must be raised with the support team within the specified time.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on o baji and will be treated as a serious violation of the Terms:
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users.
- Harassing or threatening o baji or its staff.
- Opening multiple accounts with false or misleading information.
If any of the above violations are proven, o baji reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit winnings, and take any necessary legal action.
Account Suspension
o baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. This decision may be made if:
- Any provision of the Terms is violated.
- Suspicious account activity is detected.
- Identity verification is incomplete.
- A security risk arises.
A member may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion is available under the responsible gaming policy. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
o baji will not be held liable for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, issues with third-party providers, or other unavoidable circumstances. The same policy applies to losses arising from ongoing games or bets affected by internet connectivity problems.
While o baji strives to provide the highest quality service, gaming inherently carries risk and the possibility of loss is always present. Users knowingly accept this risk when using the service.
o baji's liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the member, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to Terms
o baji reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified by email before any changes take effect. The Terms published on the site with the most recent update date are the ones currently in effect.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. If any new condition is found unacceptable, the member may request account closure.
